The neighborhood of Inglewood is located on the far western side of city of Sammamish. It is approximately 18 miles from downtown Seattle. Much of the Inglewood neighborhood lies on the eastern shores of Lake Sammamish. Much of the area was built after 1960 and before 2000, though there are still occasional new homes constructed on smaller platted lots or re-constructed older homes.

East Sammamish Park
East Sammamish Park is a 19-acre park located within the Inglewood neighborhood and is behind Margaret Mead Elementary School. The park has a play area, soccer field, two baseball fields, tennis courts, public restrooms and a large open field. There is also a large covered pavilion which is often used for weddings and parties. There are also various pathways and trails.
Inglewood Plaza and Sammamish Highlands Shopping Center
The Inglewood Plaza and Sammamish Highlands shopping center is the largest shopping area within the city of Sammamish. It is located on the corner of NE 8th Street and 228th Avenue SE. The shopping area contains a large grocery store, a drug store, coffee house, numerous restaurants, banks, offices and specialty stores.
