Phinney Ridge Real Estate Market
Bounded by Aurora Avenue to the east, 80th Street to the north, 8th Avenue to the west, and 50th and Market Streets to the south, Phinney Ridge is primarily a distinct residential neighborhood with Phinney Avenue being the one exception. Acting as the area’s main thoroughfare, plenty of charming little shops, bars, and restaurants line Phinney Ave, not to mention the 92 acre Woodland Zoo, which for our money is one of Seattle’s best attractions. Other nearby amenities and attractions include Woodland Park, Green Lake, and Green Lake Park, which are all quite popular to those who enjoy spending time outdoors.
Like much of the surrounding area, homes for sale in Phinney Ridge mostly consists of quaint Craftsman style bungalows that certainly exude an abundance of curb appeal. More recently, a few modern and contemporary condominium developments have made their way to the Phinney Ridge neighborhood, as well as a number of modern style single-family dwellings, but two- to four-bedroom bungalows are certainly what’s most common.
