Bellevue Washington Events

Downtown Bellevue, WA

While Seattle has its appeal, Bellevue also has a number of popular events for residents to enjoy, many of which are hosted annually.

Whether it's celebrating the arts, enjoying great food or looking out for the environment, you'll find lots to do enjoy here. For example, there are two popular events, Strawberry Festival and the 24-Hour Relay.

Bellevue Outdoor Events

Both of these events are part of the Mountains to Sound Greenway Days, which is a regional celebration of the protected open space and forests along Interstate 90. As you expect, the Strawberry Festival features strawberry themed foods and activities, complete with entertainment and performers, as well as a classic auto show.

The 24 hour relay is a daylong /nightlong event where members of 10-person teams take turns walking or jogging around the Downtown Park track from 10 a.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday. Like the Strawberry Festival, the relay also features live music, games and food.

Arts & Cultural Events in Bellevue

If you love the arts, then there are a couple of popular Bellevue art celebrations you don't want to miss. First, there's the annual Bellevue Arts and Crafts Fair. Founded in 1947, and originally called the Pacific Northwest Arts and Crafts Fair, this event is held every July.

Second, the Bellevue Sculpture Exhibition brings artists, and fans of art, to Downtown Park from across the country every year. One of the appealing attributes of this celebration is the abundance of three-dimensional artworks.

Keep in mind; these are just a few of the annual happenings you can expect each year. If you've been looking for a place to live in our fine city near any of these events, make sure to contact us.
