The College Hill neighborhood of Bellevue is centrally located in the eastern half of Bellevue, just to the north of Interstate 90. The neighborhood is accessed from Kambler Road, in between 145th Place SE, and Richards Road SE. Residents of College Hill enjoy very quick access to Downtown Bellevue via the Lake Hills Connector, in addition to several parks in the area, including Sunset Park, Bannerwood Sports Park, Kelsey Creek Park, and the popular Lake Hills Greenbelt located a few minutes to the east. With it's prime location and larger homes and lots, homes for sale in College Hill will typically be higher than comparable homes in other nearby areas. While there are a few rambler style homes in the neighborhood, most homes in College Hill are either traditional two-story homes, or split-levels - some with daylight basements, with most homes being built in the 1950's and 60's. There are newer homes as well, located in the Parkland Estates subdivision - these homes built by Element range in size from 2800 - 4200 square feet, with home values from the high $700's to the upper $900's.
College Hill also has a nice selection of condominiums and townhomes which occasionally come up for sale. Condo & townhome communities include Apple Orchard, Sunset Ridge Condominiums, Harmony at Madrona Park and Seasons at Madrona. These condos range in size from 650 - 2300 square feet with listing prices from the lower $100's for smaller condos, to the upper $300's to near $400,000 for larger condo units and townhomes.
The College Hill neighborhood is served by the Bellevue School District. Area schools include Lake Hills & Woodridge Elementary, Odle & Chinook Middle Schools, and Sammamish Senior High.
