The Crossroads neighborhood of Bellevue is aptly named for it's location, at the juncture of several major thoroughfares which connect Bellevue and Redmond just to the north. What was once 50+ years ago the end of a dirt road, has now developed into a regional hub for living, shopping dining, and working - especially with Microsoft's main campus nearby. Notable community features include the Crossroads Mall & Shopping Center, the Crossroads Golf Course, Crossroads Park, Hillaire Neighborhood Park, and nearby Larsen Lake and the Lake Hills Greenbelt Park. More about Crossroads
Having originally developed more than 50 years ago, the Crossroads area is dominated by smaller rambler-style homes, a few traditional two-story homes and split-levels, and several condominium and townhome communities. Because most single-family homes are listed for sale in the MLS by their specific neighborhood names, such as the Lake Hills & Chevy Chase neighborhoods, most Crossroads MLS listings will be either townhomes or condos located near the Crossroads Shopping Center.
Although they do sell quickly, buyers interested in condos or townhomes for sale in Crossroads should find a few to choose from, with several large properties in the area. Condominium developments include Pacific Village, Highland Lane Condominiums, Ironwood at Crossroads, and Innisfree. Townhomes include the Enclave at Foxglen.
