Enjoying an enviable location near Austin, the Rancho Sienna neighborhood in Georgetown, TX offers access to major metropolitan amenities amidst a setting of limestone hills and wildflowers. The city's population, currently about 59,000, has more than doubled since 2000. In 2016, Rancho Sienna won a Star Award from the Texas Association of Builders as Best Overall Community.

The majority of residential real estate in Rancho Sienna was constructed from 2011 to 2016. Homes for sale range from the mid-$200s to the high-$400s. Many have a Spanish or a contemporary theme. Most are single-family residences with either one floor or first-floor entry. Homes run from around 1,600 to 4,000 square feet, with one to seven bedrooms and one to four baths. The plan for the community, which was developed by DR Horton, included 1,400 homes on 540 acres when completed.
