Issaquah Highlands

Known simply as "The Highlands," this neighborhood is by far the most popular place for buyers seeking homes in the Issaquah area. The Highlands offers broad range of home prices from affordable Highlands condos to high-end luxury estates. 2014-2016 has seen a major increase in new construction by Pulte, Polygon Homes and a luxury development by Toll Brothers. Klahanie has remained one of Issaquah's most sought-after neighborhoods for several years. The 900 acre community is located to the northeast of downtown, and offers residents and homeowners over 300 acres of recreational community spaces, parks and trails. Developed over a span of 40 years, Mirrormont is a unique community located on the southern slopes of Tiger Mountain and offers larger home sites, typically between .75 - 1.5 acres. The neighborhood of Montreux is ideally located just to the west of central Issaquah and south of I-90, on the northeast end of Cougar Mountain, and is subdivided into The Lakes, The Rim, and The Village at Montreux. The 260 acre community has approximately 250 homes, many with views of Lake Sammamish and the Cascade Mountains. Providence Point in Issaquah is a gated 55+ retirement condo community with 24 hour security. The development is located just to the north of central Issaquah and borders Sammamish, giving residents easy access to the best of both communities for shopping and activities.
