Every year the Seattle Woodland Park Zoo gets better. With one of the most affordable annual memberships in town, residents from the entire Seattle metro area and beyond visit this stunning sanctuary on a regular basis. It's a lush wonderland of foliage with paths that wind their way past animals from all over the world.

Continually improving exhibits, the zoo recently opened Banyan wilds, home of the tigers and sloth bears. It is the most recent redo in a series that has transformed Woodland Park into an award-winning zoo that mimics natural habitats.

During the summer, the expansive lawn becomes a musical venue for Zoo Tunes, with well-known acts taking the stage while patrons picnic and enjoy the concert. During wintertime, thousands of lights are displayed, and Wild Lights delights holiday fans of all ages. For budding zoologists, camps and educational programs are offered. The zoo also has many volunteer opportunities and ways for animal-lovers to stay involved.
