The Heritage Hills neighborhood in Sammamish, WA is an established community of approximately 230 homes in the northern part of the Sammamish Plateau. Originally called Sahalee Hills, the subdivision was developed in the early 1980's by Swanson & Dean, who built 6 of the first 14 homes. Most homes in Heritage Hills were built by Swanson Dean, Quadrant, Connor and Buchan homes - however some of the older homes were built by smaller independent builders, giving the neighborhood a unique character.
